Design and operating parameters

The Wilo-Helix V 1010-1/16/E/KS/400-50 has been designed for efficiency and durability. It uses a 4 kW motor with energy efficiency class IE3, which translates to lower operating costs. The pump operates at 400V and draws 7.4A. Thanks to the use of corrosion-resistant materials – stainless steel 304 (1.4301) for the pump body and stainless steel 304 (1.4307) for the impeller – the device can operate with a liquid temperature from -30°C to +120°C. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar.

Performance and application

The pump provides a maximum flow rate of 15.4 m³/h and a maximum head of 105.1 m. Inlet and outlet connections with a diameter of 1 ½ inches (40 mm) with PN 16 flanges facilitate integration with the existing hydraulic installation. The IP55 protection class provides resistance to dust and water jets, allowing installation in various industrial and commercial environments. The pump does not have a self-priming function, therefore the installation requires proper preparation in terms of flooding the pump with liquid before starting.
