Performance and application

Wilo-Helix V 405 offers a capacity of up to 6.5 m³/h and a maximum head of 39.53 m, allowing for efficient operation in a wide range of applications. The pump can handle water containing solids with a diameter of up to 10 mm, increasing its versatility. It can be used in water treatment systems, hot and chilled water circulation, and water supply. Thanks to the ability to work with liquids at temperatures from -30°C to +120°C, it will find application in both internal and external installations.

Construction and characteristic features

The pump is designed for reliability and efficiency. Made of high-quality stainless steel (grade 304 – 1.4301 for the pump body and 304 – 1.4307 for the impeller), it ensures long-term, trouble-free operation. The connection ports are made of stainless steel and have an internal gas cylindrical BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) thread with a diameter of 1 inch (25 mm). The motor with energy efficiency class IE3 and a power of 0.75 kW ensures optimal energy consumption. The degree of protection IP55 guarantees resistance to dust and water jets, allowing installation in various industrial and commercial environments. The use of a laser-welded 2D/3D hydraulic design optimizes pump efficiency and minimizes the risk of air bubbles forming in the pumped medium.
