Universal water supply and pressure boosting pump
The Wilo-HiMulti 3C1-24 pump is a versatile device designed for pumping and boosting potable water pressure, both clean and slightly contaminated. It is suitable for households, agriculture, and other applications requiring a reliable water source. It is ideal for supplying water from wells, retention tanks, and water mains – providing adequate pressure for irrigation, sprinkling, or simply comfortable use.
The pump is characterized by high performance – up to 5.25 m³/h – and the ability to lift water to a height of up to 38.88 meters. The 0.4 kW and 230V motor provides stable operation, and the IE2 energy efficiency class translates to lower operating costs. The construction based on a polypropylene (PP-GF) impeller guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
Construction and application
The Wilo-HiMulti 3C1-24 is a self-priming pump, which means it does not require pre-filling with water before starting – which greatly simplifies its installation and use. It is equipped with a HiControl 1 control unit, which automatically regulates the pump operation, ensuring optimal pressure in the installation and protecting it from dry running. Threaded connections with a diameter of 1 inch (25 mm) on the suction and discharge side (BSPP) allow for easy connection to the existing water installation. The materials used in production – a stainless steel shaft and high-quality plastics – ensure durability and resistance to external factors.
The use of a BVPFF mechanical seal eliminates the need for regular maintenance in this area, which translates to lower maintenance costs. The pump is designed to operate in an ambient temperature from -15°C to 40°C and a pumped liquid temperature from 0°C to 40°C, making it a universal solution for various climatic conditions and applications. Insulation class F ensures the safety and reliability of the motor.
