Wilo-VeroLine-IPL 25/80-0.12/2 is a three-phase circulation pump designed for circulating water in heating, air conditioning and cooling systems. Its solid construction and high efficiency make it a reliable solution for both installers and end-users. Construction and application

The Wilo-VeroLine-IPL 25/80 pump is made of high-quality materials – cast iron (housing) and polypropylene (impeller). This combination ensures durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh working conditions. It is intended for closed heating systems of various sizes, including central heating installations, underfloor heating and air conditioning systems. Thanks to its compact size (connection length 180 mm) and standard connections (BSP 1 1/2 inch tapered external gas thread), pump installation is simple and quick.

Performance and operating parameters

The pump offers a maximum flow rate of 7.512 m³/h and a maximum head of 6.641 m. The 0.12 kW motor operates at 2780 rpm, providing optimal performance parameters in various conditions. The IP55 protection class guarantees safe use even in damp rooms. The Minimum Efficiency Index (MEI) of 0.4 confirms the high energy efficiency of the device. Additionally, the pump is designed to operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures (-15 to 40°C) and medium temperatures (-20 to 120°C), which increases its versatility. Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting devices with a motor well.
