Design and application
The Wilo-VeroTwin-DPL 80/140 pump has been designed for demanding applications. Made of high-quality cast iron (GG 25), it provides durability and corrosion resistance. The polypropylene impeller (PP-GF) guarantees an efficient flow of liquid. Flanged connections DN 80 with a pressure class of PN 10 facilitate integration with existing infrastructure. The IP55 protection class protects the device from environmental influences, allowing installation in various conditions. The pump is adapted to work at an ambient temperature from -15 to 40°C and a medium temperature from -20 to 120°C.
Performance and efficiency
Wilo-VeroTwin-DPL 80/140 offers a maximum performance of 118.3 m³/h and a maximum head of 6.936 m. The 1.1 kW motor with a frequency of 50 Hz ensures stable operation of the device. The Minimum Efficiency Index (MEI) of 0.4 confirms the high energy efficiency of the pump, which contributes to lower electricity bills. The dual design allows for flexible adjustment of performance to current system needs, as well as provides a reserve in the event of a failure of one of the pumps. Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting devices with a motor well.
