Mixer circulation module BSP-MK 1 2071234
For floor‑heating circuits and direct mounting on BSP / BSP‑SL tank
The module is designed for low‑temperature floor‑heating circuits, where precise flow mixing and stable supply temperature are critical. It mounts directly on the tank — no additional frames or structures are required, shortening installation time and eliminating the risk of errors when joining pipes.
The set includes:
high‑efficiency stepless pump that automatically adjusts performance to the circuit’s demand;
built‑in mixer actuator operating smoothly and without vibrations — ideal for systems with temperature sensors;
three‑way mixer DN20, providing stable mixing of return and supply flow without drastic temperature changes;
ball valves on supply and return — allow servicing the module without draining the entire tank or heating system;
drain valve and integrated check valve — eliminate the risk of water backflow to the heat source when the pump is off;
bypass with adjustable flow — enables maintaining a minimum flow in the return circuit, preventing the tank from cooling;
thermometer — allows quick visual temperature control at the installation point;
flat seals — ensure tightness when mounting on the tank without the need for additional seals;
EPP insulation — reduces heat loss and prevents condensation on the module surface.
Operates stably with large temperature differences
At Δt = 10 K the module handles power up to 9 kW, and at Δt = 20 K — up to 18 kW. This means it can work both in low‑temperature systems (e.g., floor heating at 35 °C) and in more demanding radiator circuits where the return temperature is higher.
Pressure drop is 150 mbar at a flow of 780 l/h — a low value, meaning the pump does not have to run at full speed, and the whole system operates quietly and efficiently.
The check valve and bypass are configured to avoid self‑circulation (thermal wave) after the pump stops — a common issue in systems with large tanks. EPP insulation not only limits losses but also protects against burns during operation.
No additional electrical supply to the actuator is required — it runs directly from the 230 V network. Installation is simple: the module is attached to the ports on the BSP / BSP‑SL tank, pipes are connected, and the cable is plugged in. No calibration or adjustments are needed.
