The FKS 145 guide is a practical solution for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who need a precise tool for longitudinal, transverse and miter cuts. Compatible with most manual circular saws on the market – both corded and cordless – it allows for straight and long cuts while maintaining high accuracy. The guide's design has been carefully thought out to ensure stability and safety during operation.

Construction and application

The guide consists of two connected parts, allowing for a cutting length of up to 110 cm. Each part is 55 cm long, making it easy to store and transport. An extension kit (item no. 6914000) can be purchased to increase the cutting length to up to 220 cm, which is particularly useful when processing large elements such as doors or kitchen countertops. The guide fits circular saws with a cutting depth of 40–70 mm, a blade diameter of 130–200 mm and base plates with dimensions from min. 78 x 210 mm to max. 256 x 385 mm.

Thanks to the rubber strips on the underside of the aluminum rail, the guide adheres stably to the material being processed, minimizing the risk of it shifting or being damaged. Two screw clamps with covers provide secure and safe fastening of the guide to the work surface. Cut-outs in the rail automatically open and close the saw guard during start-up and completion of work, increasing safety. Adjustable locks allow for precise positioning of the saw relative to the guide without the need for a measuring tape.
