Manifold C2 100 - DN32 – central point of the heating installation
Manifold C2 100 – DN32 is a two-chamber steel manifold designed for efficient heat distribution in heating systems with a capacity of up to 220 kW (at ΔT=20K). It is a key element of the installation, which facilitates the mounting of DN32 pump groups and ensures optimal operating parameters of the entire system. Equipped with EPP insulation, it minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency.
Construction and application
The manifold is made of steel, which guarantees its durability and corrosion resistance. It has 1 1/4” external threads, which facilitates connection to the existing installation. Thanks to the factory-fitted EPP insulation, it reduces water vapor condensation and prevents thermal bridges. Two thermometers and 1/2” drain valves allow for monitoring of operating parameters and easy draining of water from the installation.

Remember that additional DN 1 1/4” x 2” or connectors with a built-in ball valve must be purchased to connect DN32 pump groups – this is essential for the correct operation of the entire system! The center distance of the installation and boiler side is 125 mm, which should be taken into account when planning the installation.
