Central heating manifold – an optimal solution for installations up to 220 kW

This two-chamber, steel manifold C 2 100 - DN 32 is designed to facilitate the assembly of DN 32 pump groups. Its construction allows for efficient heat distribution in heating systems with a capacity of up to 220 kW. Factory equipped with EPP insulation, it minimizes heat loss and ensures energy efficiency. Additionally, the manifold has two thermometers and two 1/2" drain fittings, which facilitate monitoring and servicing of the installation.

Construction and application

The C 2 100 - DN 32 manifold is ideal for building branched heating systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It allows connecting from two to six heating circuits (depending on the model – this specific model is three-circuit), providing great flexibility in installation design. Made of ST 37.1 steel, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance.

• Thermometers and drain fittings: enable easy temperature monitoring and installation maintenance.

• Maximum working pressure: 6 bar – ensures safe operation in standard heating systems.
• Maximum working temperature: 110°C – allows use in installations with high working temperature.
• Heating power: up to 220 kW (at ΔT = 20 K) – allows for efficient heating of large areas.
• Installation side center distance: 125 mm – facilitates the assembly and connection of installation elements.
• Insulation material: black EPP with a density of 40 g/l - effectively limits heat loss.

Important information: Additional connectors DN 1 1/4” x 2” or connectors with a built-in ball valve (available separately) are required to connect DN 32 pump groups.
