The two-chamber, steel C2 100 - DN32 manifold is an element of the heating system designed for efficient heat distribution in central heating installations. Designed for easy mounting of DN32 pump groups, it is a key component in the construction of efficient and reliable heating systems. Factory equipped with EPP insulation, it minimizes heat loss and ensures energy efficiency.

Construction and application

The manifold is made of ST 37.1 steel, which guarantees its strength and corrosion resistance. It has 1 1/4” external threads, which facilitates connection to the existing installation. Thanks to its construction, the manifold allows for optimal distribution of the heating medium to individual circuits, ensuring even heating of rooms. It is equipped with two thermometers and two 1/2” drain valves, which allow for monitoring the operating parameters of the installation and its easy servicing.

Technical data

The mounting center distance is 125 mm, which facilitates precise adaptation to the existing infrastructure. The installation side connection is GZ 1 1/4”, and the boiler side connection is GZ 2”. It is necessary to purchase appropriate connectors to connect DN32 pump groups – DN 1 1/4” x 2” connectors or connectors with a built-in ball valve are recommended.
