Manifold C2 100 - DN32 with insulation – central element of the heating system
The two-chamber, steel manifold C2 100 - DN32 is a key component in central heating installations, designed for easy mounting of pump groups. It is a solution dedicated to systems with a capacity of up to 220 kW (with ΔT=20K), making it suitable for both domestic and public utility installations. Factory equipped with EPP insulation, it minimizes heat loss and ensures energy efficiency.
Construction and application
This manifold is designed to connect from 2 to 6 heating circuits DN32. Its construction based on ST 37.1 steel guarantees durability and reliability even at a maximum working pressure of 8 bar and a temperature of up to 110°C. Equipped with two thermometers and two 1/2" drain valves, it enables precise control and easy servicing of the system. External threads 1 1/4” ensure compatibility with a wide range of installation accessories.
It is worth remembering that additional connectors DN 1 1/4” x 2” or connectors with a built-in ball valve are necessary to connect DN32 pump groups – this is important for the proper functioning of the entire system. The center distance of the installation side is 125 mm, which facilitates planning and implementation of the installation.
