Compact mixing and pumping unit for heating systems

The D-SMT 250 DN 32 (1 1/4 inch) unit is a ready-made solution for building constant-temperature heating circuits. It is particularly useful in installations where precise control of the heating medium temperature is required, e.g. in underfloor heating systems. The compact design simplifies installation and integration with the existing installation.

Construction and application

The unit consists of high-quality components, including two brass ball valves equipped with water supply and return thermometers (with built-in check valves), a MIX-MT rotary mixing valve, a strainer, steel connectors and thermal insulation. This design ensures reliable operation and minimizes heat loss. The absence of a pump in the set provides flexibility – it allows you to select a pump with parameters tailored to the specific needs of the installation or to use an existing pump.

The unit is designed to work with C 2 125 and C 2 150 manifolds, but requires the purchase of appropriate DN 50 connectors (available separately). The unit can be equipped with an SL 10 - 10Nm actuator to enable automatic temperature regulation.

The use of high-quality VITON or EPDM seals ensures tightness and resistance to the action of chemical agents present in heating installations. Ball valves with thermometers allow for continuous monitoring of the system's operating parameters, which facilitates the diagnosis of any problems. The strainer effectively stops mechanical impurities, protecting the remaining elements of the installation from damage.
