Compact mixing and pumping unit for heating systems

The D-SMT 250 DN 50 (2 inch) unit is a ready-made solution for building constant-temperature heating circuits. It is a central element that allows for precise mixing of the heating medium, ensuring optimal temperature in the installation. The unit's design is intended for easy installation and integration with the existing heating system.

Construction and application

The unit consists of a number of components that ensure its proper operation: steel connectors, check valve, strainer, MIX M mixing valve and thermometers. Additional 1/2” male thread connections on the supply and return facilitate the connection of additional installation elements. The whole is protected by thermal insulation, minimizing heat loss. Thanks to the center distance of 250 mm and the pump installation length of 280 mm, the unit is compatible with a wide range of circulating pumps available on the market.

The D-SMT 250 DN 50 unit is intended for use in underfloor heating, wall heating and convector systems. It enables efficient heat distribution and maintaining a comfortable temperature in the rooms. It is particularly useful in installations using heat sources with variable temperature, such as condensing boilers or heat pumps.

Important! The pumping unit does not include shut-off valves – it is recommended to install ball valves on the installation side and DN 50 gate valves on the boiler side (available separately).
