Zetkama figure 215 shut-off valve is a reliable solution for various installations, from heating and energy systems to industrial technologies and water and steam installations. Made of high-quality EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. A key feature is the fixed, rolled stem-to-mushroom connection – guaranteeing a secure and tight seal. The stem, mushroom, and body ring are made of stainless steel, further increasing resistance to aggressive media and extending the valve's lifespan.

This model is characterized by a high degree of tightness class A (according to EN 12266-1), which minimizes the risk of leaks and ensures safe operation of the installation. Tests and studies conducted in accordance with EN 12266-1 confirm its reliability. The valve flanges are drilled according to EN 1092-2 for material A, and the installation length meets the requirements of EN 558-1 series 1. The valve complies with pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC and has CE marking for diameters from DN 32.

This valve operates at a maximum working pressure of 16 bar and a nominal PN 16 bar. Operation at temperatures up to 300°C is possible (depending on the version). The stainless steel internal components make the valve corrosion-resistant and can be used in installations with various media – glycol, industrial water, thermal oil or compressed air.
