What types of power plugs are there?
Power plugs differ in at least a few important parameters. The IEC rated current is crucial for the purpose of a given power plug model. This value determines the current loads supported. The following are available:

What are the levels of force protection?
Equipment and machinery using the third phase often have to operate in difficult conditions, e.g. in car workshops, production plants, halls, warehouses, technical rooms or on farms. In such places, appropriately designed power equipment is required to avoid short circuits and other dangerous events due to e.g. contact with water.
When talking about power protection levels, we most often mean the IP protection level, which is the manufacturer's declared tightness class of the equipment. The IP marking is not only for plugs, but also power sockets, cam switches and other accessories. The higher the tightness class of the socket or plug, the better for the safety and durability of the devices. After the letters IP there are two numbers that indicate the resistance of the equipment to the ingress of dust and water.
