What is the difference between aluminum radiators and cast iron radiators?
Radiators actually constitute an integral part of the heating installation. At the same time, they should match the aesthetics of the interior. You also need to pay attention to their technical parameters and the material from which they are made. Aluminum radiators with a body made of aluminum are very popular. They are characterized by very high thermal conductivity. They are also resistant to corrosion. Another advantage is that they heat up very quickly and release heat evenly. They are suitable for both closed and open systems. They are also very light.

Because they are light, they do not burden ceilings. How much does heating with aluminum radiators cost?
As we have already mentioned, aluminum radiators heat up quickly and retain heat well. Hence the heating cost is not very high. Of course, you need to take into account the operating time, i.e. the number of hours the radiator will work during the day. To do this, you need to multiply it with the number of days of the heating season. In Poland it lasts on average 200 days. If the radiator will operate during the day for e.g. 20 hours, we multiply this result by 200 days, which gives us 20,000. hours a year. Then 20 thousand hours, we multiply times the estimated electricity consumption in heating mode or in the case of gas heating.
