Remember that the construction of specific structures that are intended for temporary use usually requires a building permit. The construction law regarding lighting poles is slightly more complicated. You must take into account where they are located and check from this perspective whether erecting a pole on a given structure requires a permit. Remember also that lighting poles that are 6 meters high require a building permit. Article 28 section 1 of the Act of 7 July 1994 applies here. On the other hand, a pole that is not higher than 3 meters does not require a building permit. However, you must remember that it cannot directly interfere with the development of a given place, and you must report the work being performed.

Of course, it is possible and does not require any permit. However, the law allows for some exceptions.
