The Purmo CLEVERFIT Radial system uses multilayer pipes that combine the advantages of plastic and metal pipes. The PE-RT/AL/PE-RT models have an aluminum insert, are chemically neutral, and resistant to corrosion or fouling. They are therefore perfect for various installations - both heating and cold, hot or drinking water. PE-X pipes, in turn, are made of electron-beam cross-linked polyethylene with a built-in anti-diffusion barrier. Thanks to this cross-linking technology (unlike chemical technologies), the pipes are fully hygienic and neutral for drinking water.

PPSU plastic connectors are also characterized by numerous technological conveniences - such as leakage control (LBP) and 2 pressing profiles (Multi Tool). The LBP function protects the contractor from the costly consequences of flooding the building due to a leak. An unpressed connection indicates a water leak at a test pressure above 1 bar. The Multi Tool function allows the connection to be made with TH and U profile jaws. This makes the system more versatile and does not require the contractor to change tools.

What fittings should I use to connect Purmo CLEVERFIT Radial pipes?
The wide range of Purmo brand allows you to make any pipe connection in the central heating system and other water systems. A versatile series of functional fittings with different geometries and diameters from 16 to 32 mm is used for this purpose. The design and equipment of the connectors provide many improvements. A special plastic ring facilitates positioning of the TH profile jaw on the connector. The inspection window allows you to check the correct position of the pipe in the connector, which is visible after full insertion. The stainless steel collar permanently crimps the pipe on the connector nozzle after pressing with the jaw, creating an inseparable connection. 2 O-ring seals made of EPDM rubber are hidden in the connector nozzle and protected against damage during pipe insertion. In addition, 2 seals provide a greater guarantee of tightness and durability of the connection.
