- its surface and position,
- number of household members.
A heat pump that is too weak will not provide thermal comfort – especially on frosty days. On the other hand, a device with too much power will result in higher electricity consumption, which will cause electricity bills to increase instead of decrease. - the technology used to construct the building (e.g. passive house),
- age of the building,
- usable area,
- specificity of glazing,
