KAN-therm UltraLine system in the kitchen under the sink

KAN, as a manufacturer, has been providing high-quality solutions for years that enable professional supply of buildings with heating and water systems . One of them is KAN-therm ultraLINE. It is based on any configuration of three types of pipes and fittings made of PPSU and brass, ending with a symmetrical, slip-on sleeve.

In practice, the universality and multifunctionality of the system result from the use of various types of pipes, such as PERTAL 2 with an aluminum layer, PEXC and PERT 2 with an EVOH layer, as well as fittings with the same structure and a sliding sleeve made of PVDF. As a standard , the system should be installed at positive temperatures . Let us also remember that to make connections in the KAN-therm ultraLINE system, we recommend using original KAN-therm tools (manual or battery-powered), which ensures easy, safe and failure-free installation of individual elements.

Tools with a guarantee of safe assembly

The KAN-therm tool set is based on a battery press and a flarer, additionally equipped with replaceable heads and forks adapted to the entire range of system diameters. The installer can also perform assembly using standard electric presses used for radial crimping. This option is implemented thanks to a special adapter of the KAN-therm ultraLINE system and the "PRESS" press.

Any system configuration

It is worth paying attention to the possibility of simultaneous connection of individual KAN-therm systems. We have introduced a practical solution in the form of an ultraLINE/PUSH transition connector / connector, which allows for a smooth transition from one system to another without the use of screwed connections . The connection obtained in this way is treated as inseparable, so it can be safely hidden in concrete. The set includes a brass connector that allows you to connect elements of the KAN-therm PUSH and ultraLINE systems, as well as two sliding sleeves of appropriate diameters.

KAN-therm systems have a laboratory-confirmed durability of over 50 years. Correct installation and operation is the basis for the operation of KAN-therm systems for many years.
