Waterproof socket for applications requiring protection

This surface-mounted socket, designed for mounting two keystone RJ45 modules, provides a high degree of sealing – IP66 protection guarantees protection against dust and strong jets of water. This makes it ideal for demanding environmental conditions where standard sockets might fail. The housing made of chemical and UV resistant thermoplastic ensures durability and reliability even in harsh industrial conditions.

The socket is particularly recommended for use in sports facilities, medical facilities and industrial environments where it is exposed to contact with water, dust or aggressive substances. The design with a hinged, snap-on cover facilitates access to the sockets while maintaining a high level of protection. Please note that the socket is supplied without keystone modules – this allows you to adapt it to your individual needs and use your preferred components.

Construction and mounting

The socket housing is made of durable thermoplastic, resistant to chemicals and UV radiation. The color scheme – gray housing with a transparent, dark cover – provides good visibility and aesthetic appearance. The dimensions are 95 x 95 x 97.2 mm (height x width x depth), allowing for easy surface mounting. Access to the RJ45 ports is possible after opening the hinged cover secured with a latch. Cables can be connected to the box using an M20x1.5 cable gland (cable gland not included).
