This component of the ACO DRAIN Multiline system is a polymer concrete drainage channel designed for areas with extreme vehicular traffic. Thanks to load class E-600 (in accordance with EN 1433), the construction can withstand the pressure of trucks, construction machinery, and specialized vehicles. The "V"-shaped cross-section is not accidental – it ensures optimal water flow, resulting in better hydraulic performance and natural self-cleaning of the channel, even with minimal hydraulic gradients.

Durability and installation solutions

The material used to manufacture the channel combines the properties of concrete with the resistance of polymers to chemically aggressive environmental factors. It is frost-resistant, making it an ideal choice for regions with harsh climates where freeze-thaw cycles quickly destroy standard materials. The edge reinforcement with galvanized steel (in model V 100 15.0) increases the rigidity of the entire element and protects it against mechanical damage during transport and installation.

To facilitate finishing works, the element is factory-equipped with a groove for filling with jointing mortar SF. This allows for an aesthetic and watertight connection of the channel with the pavement (e.g., paving stones or concrete), eliminating the risk of undermining the substrate. The length of a single segment is 1000 mm, which facilitates precise planning of drainage routes on large areas such as:

• transshipment yards,

• airports and logistics zones.

System application and compatibility

The Multiline system is designed to offer full design freedom regardless of the specific characteristics of the facility. Although this specific model (V 100) does not come with a factory-installed grate (it is sold as a channel only), its construction allows for easy adaptation of suitable grates made of galvanized steel, cast iron, or stainless steel, depending on the aesthetic and technical requirements of the project.
