Full Front Wall Type 0. - 20. Edges made of galvanized steel

End-closing element of the ACO DRAIN Multiline system, manufactured from polymer concrete – a frost-resistant and non-absorbent material that ensures durability even under cyclic freezing and thawing conditions. The edges are made of galvanized steel, providing corrosion resistance without the need for additional surface protection.

The V-shaped channel cross-section not only facilitates water drainage but also promotes self-cleaning – dirt and sediments are naturally washed away with the flow. This solution reduces the need for frequent cleaning, which is beneficial for both installers and end users.

The system is designed as a modular component – the Front Wall Type 0. - 20. is used to close the ends of channels with widths from 0 to 20 cm, without slope. It is compatible with the entire V100 channel family, regardless of whether the edge is galvanized, cast iron, or stainless steel. Installation is simple: the element is pressed onto the end of the channel and held in place by precise geometric fit – no gluing or screws required.

Important note: although the edges are galvanized, the front wall itself is made of polymer concrete – it does not deform under vehicle loads or temperature variations. This means that after installation, there is no need to worry about bending or cracking under load classes A15-E600.

No additional sealing is required – the connection between the front wall and the channel is hermetic due to the construction and surface fit. In practice: the installer lays the channel, attaches the front wall at the end – done.
