Linear drainage – an effective and durable solution

This 0.5-meter polymer grating from the Drainlock series is an element of a linear drainage system designed to drain rainwater and surface water. It is characterized by high load resistance, confirmed by class B125 according to EN-1433. This makes it ideal for use in areas with medium pedestrian and vehicle traffic, such as sidewalks, squares, terraces, or driveways.

The grating is made of durable polymer concrete – a non-absorbent and frost-resistant material, which guarantees its long-term operation even in harsh weather conditions. The non-slip surface increases safety, minimizing the risk of slipping. The grating width is 123 mm, and its length is 500 mm.

Design and installation for professionals and users

The Drainlock system is distinguished by screwless grating mounting. This allows quick and easy access to the channel for inspection or cleaning without the need to disassemble the entire structure. In addition, reinforcement of the edges with galvanized steel strips (or optionally cast iron or stainless steel) ensures the stability and durability of the connection between the grating and the drainage channel. If necessary, the system can be equipped with accessories to protect against vandalism or theft. The V-profile of the channel promotes self-cleaning even with slight terrain slopes, and the possibility of using channels with a profiled slope of 0.5% facilitates the drainage of hazardous substances. The system can also be sealed with special compounds to ensure complete tightness where required.
