Linear drainage system – reliability and durability

Monoblock PD150V is a monolithic drainage channel made of polymer concrete, designed for effective surface water drainage. This system combines high mechanical resistance with ease of installation and maintenance, making it an ideal solution for both public and private investments. Made of non-absorbent and frost-resistant polymer concrete, it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh weather conditions.

This channel is part of the comprehensive ACO Drain® Monoblock PD system, which offers a wide selection of additional elements, allowing adaptation to the individual needs of each project. Thanks to its construction, this system is resistant to vandalism and provides stability even under heavy load.

Construction and application

The end wall Monoblock PD150V in a natural color is used to close the beginning and end of the drainage channel. It provides an aesthetic finish to the installation and protects against the ingress of contaminants into the system. Made of the same material as the channel – polymer concrete – it guarantees visual consistency and high durability. The possibility of using special sealing compounds allows maintaining complete system tightness, which is particularly important in places exposed to flooding or requiring special hygiene.

The Monoblock PD system is characterized by a load class of D400 (according to PN-EN 1433:2005+A1), which means that it is adapted to pedestrian traffic and occasional vehicle traffic. A clear width of 150 mm ensures adequate water flow, minimizing the risk of flooding.
