The PD150V monoblock is a monolithic drainage channel made of polymer concrete, designed for effective surface water drainage. This system combines high mechanical resistance with ease of installation and maintenance, making it an ideal solution for both public and private investments. This channel is part of the comprehensive ACO Drain® Monoblock PD system, which offers a wide selection of elements tailored to various needs.

Design and materials

Made of non-absorbent and frost-resistant polymer concrete, the Monoblock PD150V channel guarantees long-term operation even in harsh weather conditions. This material is characterized by high dimensional stability and resistance to mechanical damage and acts of vandalism. Available in natural color, allowing it to blend harmoniously into the surroundings. It is worth mentioning that the color of the products results from the properties of the raw materials used in the production of polymer concrete.

Application and installation

The PD150V Monoblock end wall with gasket is used to close the drainage channel from the front, ensuring a tight connection. This is particularly important in places where complete protection against water leakage is required. The wall is easy and intuitive to install, and its solid construction ensures the stability of the entire system. It can be used at both the beginning and the end of the channel. An additional lip-labyrinth seal enables a tight connection of the vertical drain to the sewage system.
