The AEROCK R1 AC water heater is a robust and efficient heating device, ideal for heating various facilities – from workshops and warehouses to production halls and office spaces. It utilizes proven AC motor technology, ensuring reliable operation and easy control. The construction based on copper tubes and brass-connector manifolds guarantees long-lasting trouble-free operation of the heat exchanger.

Construction and mounting – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

The heater has been designed with easy installation and maintenance in mind. Hidden nut inserts in the exchanger frame allow installation in vertical or horizontal position, and additional valves in the manifolds facilitate venting and removal of the heating medium. The set includes a mounting bracket that allows for flexible mounting of the device – both on the wall and under the ceiling. The housing made of durable ABS is resistant to mechanical damage, high temperature and UV radiation, ensuring durability and aesthetic appearance for years to come. Two parts of the housing – front (RAL 9016) and rear (RAL 7024) – give the device a modern look.

Performance and functionality – thermal comfort without compromise

AEROCK R1 AC offers a power range from 2 to 30 kW, adapting to the needs of different spaces. The three-speed AC motor provides efficient heating while maintaining quiet operation. Aerodynamic air vanes with adjustment allow for precise distribution of heat in the room. The device is characterized by a high air flow rate (5350 m³/h) and a large horizontal range (up to 23m) and vertical range (up to 12m). The water capacity of the exchanger is 1.3 dm, and the diameter of the connection fittings is 3/4 inch. The weight of the heater without water is 20.2 kg, and its dimensions are 701 x 701 mm. The noise level ranges from 52.3 dB(A) to 60.9 dB(A) depending on the selected motor speed.
