Mixing valve fittings set

This set of nickel-plated fittings, designed for G 3/4 inch connections, provides a reliable solution for mounting ATM thermostatic mixing valves with Kvs 1.6 and external threads. The kit includes everything needed for a correct and tight connection – the fittings themselves, gaskets, and two check valves. The construction of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, even in difficult installation conditions.

Construction and application

The set has been designed to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of mixing valves, allowing quick access for cleaning, maintenance or replacement. Check valves located on the inlet connections prevent backflow, which is particularly important in heating and domestic hot water systems. The brass construction ensures resistance to pressure up to 10 bar and temperature up to 95°C, as well as compatibility with glycol up to a concentration of 50%.
