Mixing sets PrimoBox – a compact solution for efficient heating

PrimoBox AZB mixing sets are ready-to-install, compact hydraulic sets in a cabinet, designed to separate the heat source from two or three heating zones. They allow both supplying circuits directly from the heat source and lowering the temperature of the heating medium by mixing. This is an ideal solution for installations with a capacity of up to 35 kW, providing precise regulation and optimal energy utilization.

PrimoBox AZB 300 is a model designed to handle three independent heating circuits without mixing. This means that each circuit receives medium directly from the boiler, which is particularly beneficial in underfloor or radiator heating systems requiring a high temperature. The compact design of the set minimizes heat loss thanks to the applied thermal insulation, and the factory-tested tightness of the connections guarantees trouble-free operation.

Construction and application

The PrimoBox AZB 300 set is characterized by a solid construction and a well-thought-out arrangement of elements. Inside the cabinet there are shut-off valves with thermometers, a manifold with a hydraulic coupling, circulation pumps and actuator wiring. The hydraulic coupling ensures proper flow of medium in each circuit, eliminating problems with pressure and flow rate. The set has one venting connection with a diameter of 1/2 inch internal thread, which facilitates the removal of air from the installation. Thanks to the possibility of connecting with AHB sets via the AJB connector, PrimoBox AZB offers flexibility and the possibility of expanding the heating system.
