Solid grounding connection – 3-plate grounding connector

This grounding connector, made of galvanized steel, is a key element in any grounding and lightning protection system. It is used to reliably connect round and flat conductors, providing effective discharge of electrical energy to the ground. Its construction allows connection of conductors with a diameter of 8-10mm and rods with a diameter of 14-20mm, as well as grounding rods up to 40mm wide. Installation is simple thanks to M8x30 screws made of galvanized steel.

Durability and safety confirmed by tests

The connector is characterized by high corrosion resistance thanks to the use of a special electrolytic galvanizing process and additional polymer sealing – which is confirmed by tests carried out by BBJ-SEP. It meets the requirements of the PN-EN 62561-1 standard and has a class H2, which means it can withstand a lightning strike current of up to 200kA. This guarantees the safety of the installation and protection against the effects of atmospheric discharges. AH Hardt is the only manufacturer in Poland with its own electrolytic galvanizing plant, which allows for quality control at every stage of production.
