19" Rack for Cabling and Equipment Mounting

This 6U wall-mounted 19" rack is a practical solution for organizing cabling and active equipment in rooms. Designed and manufactured in Poland by Alantec, it is suitable for both network installations and CCTV or security systems. The flat-pack design facilitates transport and storage, and the assembly is simple enough for one person to handle with basic tools.

The rack offers six units of height (6U) in a standard 19" width, allowing for convenient placement of network devices such as patch panels, switches or recorders. The robust steel sheet construction ensures the safety of the stored equipment. Transparent, tempered glass doors allow for quick identification of the contents without having to open the rack.

Functionality and Safety

The rack is equipped with a number of features to increase its functionality and safety:

• Patent lock: Secures the doors against unauthorized access.
• Removable perforated side panels: Allow easy access to the inside of the rack and provide adequate ventilation.
• Knock-out cable glands: Four glands (two at the rear, one at the top and one at the bottom) facilitate cable routing.
• Fan mounting option: Two 120x120 mm fans can be mounted in the top cover to ensure optimal operating temperature of the devices.
• Galvanized mounting rails: Provide stable mounting of equipment.
• Protection class IP20: Protects against accidental contact with conductive parts and larger solid objects.

Construction and Specification

The rack has dimensions of 600 x 500 x 366 mm (width x depth x height) and a maximum load capacity of up to 60 kg with proper installation. The gray color (RAL 7035) gives it a universal look, suitable for most technical rooms. The ability to equip the rack with shelves, drawers or ventilation panels allows it to be adapted to individual user needs. Please note that the plinth is available as a separate item and is not included in the set. The rack is compatible with the 19" standard, which facilitates the installation of various network accessories.
