Construction and materials

The key to the strength of this clamp is its carefully selected design. The clamp is made of an aluminum profile of a special alloy, which provides corrosion resistance. The hot-dip galvanized steel hook guarantees a solid connection, and the clamping elements made of modern plastic are resistant to UV radiation and weathering. The whole is stabilized with an M8 screw with hot-dip galvanization and spring wire springs – also protected against corrosion. This combination of materials translates into a long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.

Application and operating parameters

The clamp is intended for cables with a cross-section of 4x16-35 mm². Its installation is simple and intuitive, and the torque of the screw should be 22 Nm. The maximum permissible load of the clamp is 12.2 kN, which ensures safety even in difficult operating conditions. Thanks to this, the clamp finds application both in new installations and in the modernization of existing power networks. Surface protection with hot-dip galvanizing further increases its corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in industrial environments or exposed to sea salt.
