Coupled water meter with IP65 counter, designed for variable flows

Designed to measure cold water consumption in installations with a wide range of flows – from small, continuous withdrawals to momentary, high loads, such as the activation of hydrants or pumps. It operates stably at temperatures up to 50°C and a maximum pressure of 16 bar (PN16), making it safe for systems with variable loads.

The cast iron body is powder-coated and corrosion-resistant, ensuring durability in industrial and public environments – hospitals, schools, hotels, multi-unit buildings. The flanged connection compliant with PN-EN 1092-2 (PN10) facilitates installation in existing pipelines without the need to change flanges.

Automatic switching and low start-up threshold

The water meter consists of two channels: main and bypass. When the flow is low – e.g., at night or with a single tap open – water flows through the bypass channel, where measurement accuracy is significantly higher. As flow increases (e.g., when several outlets are opened), the system automatically transfers the stream to the main channel – without interruptions, without loss of accuracy.

The low start-up threshold allows detection of even the smallest consumption – e.g., dripping water from a tap or minor leaks – which is crucial for consumption balancing and leak detection.

Horizontal or vertical installation, IP65 counter, prepared for AMR communication

Installation is possible both horizontally (counter facing upwards) and vertically – offering flexibility in installation. The dry-type counter with IP65 protection – resistant to dust and water spray, but not to direct high-pressure jetting. This is the standard configuration for this model.

The water meter is prepared for operation in remote data transmission systems (AMR). A communication module (e.g., Wireless M-Bus or NK transmitter) can be added – but the unit itself does not include it permanently. IP68 versions are available only as special versions with an additional module – they are not standard.

The length of 300 mm corresponds to standard dimensions for DN65. The R1000 coefficient indicates a wide measuring range: Q1 = 0.04 m³/h, Q3 = 40 m³/h – ideal for facilities with diverse needs.
