Construction, operation and application of submersible pumps

A submersible pump is an automated device used to quickly draw water from your own intake, mainly from drilled wells. It is used in home gardens, in multi-family households, on allotments, on farms and in industry. It is composed of a suction part and a discharge part on two sides. When the pressure in the hydrophore tank drops below a certain value, the pressure switch will supply power to the engine and cut it off when the appropriate pressure is reached. The motor-driven impeller creates a pressure difference between the two sides, which pumps water. The pushed water goes to the receiver, e.g. a hydrophore tank, sprinkler, etc. The submersible pump also includes other parts, such as a non-return valve, bodies, seals and bearings. Models intended for large installations have a three-phase electric motor.
