Wing Meter JS MASTER+ DN32 for Cold Water, with Anti-Magnetic Protection and IP65

The JS MASTER+ water meter with catalog number 60-3166000-A00 is designed exclusively for measuring cold water at temperatures up to a maximum of 50°C. It is not intended for use with hot water exceeding this temperature — versions for hot water (up to 130°C) are separate models from the JS130 Master+ series, with different catalog designations.

The impeller wheel ensures stable and accurate measurement at the nominal flow rate of Q3 = 10 m³/h. The R100 ratio means the meter accurately registers even very low flows — critical for detecting minor leaks or monitoring consumption in facilities with variable load, such as single-family homes or small commercial buildings.

The brass body provides corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Additional anti-magnetic protection safeguards against manipulation via magnetic fields — a common form of fraud in metering systems. The five-drum meter dial is sealed in an IP65-rated housing, ensuring reliable operation even in humid, dusty, or contaminated installation environments — such as stairwells, underground meter cabinets, or technical rooms.

Installation is flexible: it can be mounted horizontally (meter dial facing upward) or vertically (meter dial facing sideways), without affecting measurement accuracy. The G1½” connection is a cylindrical external gas thread (BSPP), standard in water supply systems and compatible with most piping.

The meter is prepared for remote data reading systems (AMR). The standard version does not include a built-in pulse transmitter; however, it can be equipped with the optional JS-NK module if a digital signal for automation systems is required.

Operating pressure up to 16 bar (PN16) and installation length of 260 mm allow seamless integration into existing systems without requiring pipe modifications.
