Wing Meter for Hot Water, with Anti-Magnetic Protection and IP65 Dial

The JS-130 MASTER+ water meter is designed to measure water flow at temperatures up to 130°C, making it suitable for both heating systems and domestic hot water (DHW) installations in commercial or residential buildings. The brass body ensures corrosion resistance and long-term stability under aggressive operating conditions—without additional coatings or protective casings that could wear out.

Installation is possible both horizontally and vertically—the dial can be rotated for optimal readability without requiring reconfiguration of the entire piping system. The 1½" male thread (BSPP) connection allows easy integration with standard pipelines, and the 260 mm length complies with typical flange spacing for DN32 systems.

The impeller with dry-running mechanism eliminates the risk of damage from sediment or air in the system—no venting valves are required upstream. The anti-magnetic protection prevents false readings caused by external magnetic fields, which is critical in modern facilities with high concentrations of electronic equipment.

The five-drum dial with IP65 protection is fully sealed and resistant to dust, moisture, and mechanical impacts—no additional housing or cover is needed. Readings remain clear even under low-light conditions, and the inlet channel design stabilizes flow, reducing measurement errors at low flow rates.

The R=100 ratio indicates a wide measurement range: from very low flows (Q1) up to the maximum of 10 m³/h (Q3). This enables accurate measurement both for intermittent use (e.g., faucet) and continuous heating system load. The operating pressure of up to 16 bar (PN16) makes this meter suitable even for high-pressure closed-loop systems.

Compatible with AMR systems—ready for installation of a pulse transmitter (JS-NK), enabling remote reading without replacing the meter. No calibration is required throughout its service life—its design contains no wear-prone mechanical components.

Hot water? No problem. Cold water? Also functions correctly. All this in one robust, precisely engineered unit—without unnecessary features that add no practical value.
