The JS MASTER+ water meter with a brass body and GZ2" (BSPP) external threaded connection is designed for stable and accurate operation in water supply systems—suitable for both cold water and hot water up to 130°C. Its construction allows for both horizontal installation (dial facing upward) and vertical installation (dial facing sideways), providing installation flexibility in various piping configurations.

The flapper mechanism with a flow-stabilizing inlet channel ensures precise measurement even at low flow rates—the R100 ratio means the measuring range extends from 0.16 m³/h to 16 m³/h. This means the meter not only detects minor consumption but also handles high loads effortlessly, such as when multiple outlets are used simultaneously.

Installation in pipelines is secure: the IP65 protection rating shields the meter dial from dust and water jets, while the additional anti-magnetic safeguard prevents tampering via external magnetic interference. The brass body ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, even at pressures up to 16 bar.

The external threaded GZ2" connection is standard for many piping systems—installation requires no adaptation. The 300 mm length complies with typical requirements for DN40, and the “dry-running” design eliminates the risk of damage from moisture—the measuring mechanism is completely isolated from direct contact with the fluid.

The meter is prepared for integration with AMR systems and can be equipped with a pulse transmitter (JS-NK), enabling remote reading without physical access. Standard configuration features a five-drum mechanical counter enclosed in an IP65 protective housing; an optional IP68 version is available (for cold water only).

No special maintenance is required—its simple construction and resistance to operating conditions ensure maintenance-free performance for years.
