The JS MASTER+ wing meter features a brass housing and a dry-running counting mechanism, ensuring precise flow measurement in water supply systems where protection against external magnetic fields is critical—such as those near industrial equipment or remote reading systems. Its design not only resists magnetic interference but also stabilizes the water flow at the inlet, reducing measurement errors under non-standard flow conditions.

Installation is possible both horizontally (dial facing upward) and vertically (dial facing sideways), without requiring any reorientation of the device. The external G 1¼" thread (BSPP) allows easy connection to standard piping systems—no adapters or additional components are needed. With a length of 260 mm, it is optimized for installation in confined spaces such as meter cabinets or corridors.

The IP65 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and water jets, making it ideal for installations exposed to moisture, dust, or frequent cleaning. Water temperatures up to 50°C do not affect measurement accuracy, and the maximum operating pressure of 16 bar (PN16) covers most residential and multi-family building systems. The R100 ratio indicates a wide measurement range: from a minimum flow of 63 dm³/h to a maximum of 6.3 m³/h, ensuring accurate performance even at low consumption levels—such as when only one tap is in use.

Compliant with MID, EN14154, and OIML R49 standards, it meets legal requirements for billing-grade measurement devices. Ready for integration with AMR (automatic meter reading) systems, though it does not include a built-in transmitter—it can be fitted with an optional module (e.g., JS-NK) during installation.
