Wing Water Meter with Installation Capability for Cold and Hot Water Systems

The JS-02 SMART+ water meter is a single-jet, dry-dial measuring device with a brass housing, designed for measuring the flow of cold water up to 50°C and hot water up to 90°C — according to manufacturer specifications. It can be installed in both horizontal configurations (meter dial on top H↑ or side H→) and vertical configurations (meter dial on side V), without loss of reading accuracy.

The internal threaded connection GZ 3/4” (BSPT-Rp, ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) ensures compatibility with standard piping systems. A working length of 110 mm and nominal diameter DN15 make this device ideal for compact installations — from single-family homes to apartment blocks.

Continuous flow rate Q3 = 1.6 m³/h with an R100 ratio enables precise measurement across low and high loads — from a single drip to simultaneous use of multiple outlets. The meter dial is hermetically sealed and resistant to fogging, ensuring clear readability throughout the entire service life.

IP65 protection rating safeguards the internal components against dust and water jets — essential for installation in humid environments or outdoors. The design is anti-magnetic, providing immunity to interference from strong magnetic fields, eliminating risks of tampering and data loss.

The meter is pre-equipped for communication modules: Wireless M-Bus, M-Bus, and pulse output — enabling remote reading without physical access. The Ti/Ir version supports optical or inductive reading — an additional option for hard-to-reach locations.

Structural safeguards include a rotation lock preventing more than 360° of rotation (prevents tampering), a double-bearing impeller (extends service life), and protection against freezing damage — an added safety layer for installations in cold-climate regions.

The product complies with MID metrological requirements and is manufactured by APATOR-POWOGAZ S.A. It requires no batteries. This is a Polish-made water meter designed for closed systems with a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar (PN16).
