Single-jet water meter for cold water, with remote reading capability

The JS-02 FLOW INSTALINE water meter is designed for installation in cold water supply systems with temperatures up to 50°C. The brass body ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, especially in industrial or residential environments with high flow rates.

A mounting length of 130 mm and G1” (3/4”) inlet thread allow for easy installation in standard piping systems—both horizontal and vertical. The R100 accuracy class means the meter can precisely measure even very low flow rates, which is essential for monitoring consumption in single-family homes or small commercial facilities.

The continuous flow rate Q3 = 2.5 m³/h meets typical water demands in residential construction—sufficient for multi-story buildings, small hotels, or service facilities. No additional filters or pressure compensation are required under normal operating conditions.

Designed for modern reading systems

A key feature of this model is its readiness for integration with remote reading modules—both wireless (Wireless M-Bus) and wired (M-Bus or pulse output). There is no need to replace the entire meter when upgrading the measurement system; simply add the external module. This saves installation time and avoids the cost of replacing the entire unit.

No additional cables or wiring are required—the module can be added later, even years after installation. This feature becomes increasingly valuable in large facilities or multi-family buildings, where manual reading becomes inefficient.

Safe and stable measurement

The water meter is immune to strong magnetic fields, eliminating the risk of false readings caused by nearby electronic devices or installations. The counter is dry-running, ensuring long service life without maintenance. There are no moving parts susceptible to wear from sediment or water hardness.

Installation is simple: the G1” thread fits most standard copper or PE-X pipes. The 130 mm length is standard for DN20—no special adapters or extensions are needed.
