Single-jet hot water meter with remote reading module compatibility

The JS-02 FLOW INSTALINE meter, constructed with a brass body, is designed for measuring hot water flow up to 90°C. Its dry-running mechanism ensures high measurement accuracy even at low flow rates, while R100 accuracy class guarantees stable performance throughout its service life.

With an installation length of 110 mm and G 3/4" threaded connections, it enables easy installation in existing systems without requiring pipe modifications or additional adapter components. The continuous flow rate Q3 = 1.6 m³/h meets typical demands in residential and small commercial applications where hot water is distributed via circulation systems.

The standard version is pre-equipped for integration with communication modules—both wireless and wired—enabling seamless connection to AMR/AMI remote reading systems. No structural modifications are needed: the module attaches directly to the counter dial without opening the housing.

The meter contains no plastic components in the flow path. The brass body and dry-running counting mechanism are resistant to contaminants and high temperatures, ensuring reliable operation in hot water circulation systems subject to frequent pressure and temperature fluctuations.

Hot water up to 90°C poses no issue—the material integrity and component stability are maintained under these conditions. A maximum operating pressure of 16 bar (PN16) allows safe use even in high-pressure systems.

Installation is straightforward: the G 3/4" thread matches standard connections, and the 110 mm length is a common dimension in modern installations. No specialized seals or adapters are required.
