The Pro 1 filter cartridge solves two problems with tap water at the same time: it removes all mechanical impurities, such as sand, silt, rust, and effectively removes all chemical contaminants, toxic substances and allergens.



1. Suitable solution for iron-laden water

The enhanced ion exchange function can cope with increased concentrations of colloidal and dissolved iron, Fe2+ and Fe3+, found in tap water.

2. Greater efficiency

The Pro 1 filter cartridge consists of a carbon block with ion-exchangeable Aqualen™ fiber and a filter bed based on Aqualen™ and powdered activated carbon. This combination increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the cartridge compared to standard AQUAPHOR Kryształ series filters by up to 20%.
