Armaflex HT wrap is a high-quality insulation made of rubber, designed for thermal insulation of pipelines and components of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations. The product is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, reaching up to 150°C, making it an ideal solution in difficult industrial and commercial conditions. Thanks to its flexibility over a wide temperature range, it provides reliable protection against heat loss and water vapor condensation.

Properties and application

Armaflex HT wrap is particularly recommended for the insulation of district heating pipelines, central heating installations and ventilation and air conditioning systems. Its closed-cell structure provides excellent insulation properties with minimal thickness. In addition, the material is dust and fiber-free, which translates into comfort and safety during installation and use. UV resistance means that the wrap can also be used in outdoor installations.

• Temperature resistance: Maintains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +150°C.
• Low thermal conductivity: Provides effective thermal insulation and reduces energy losses (thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.042 W/(m·K)).

• Dust and fiber-free: Ensures comfort and safety during installation and use.
• Reaction to fire class: Class D according to EN 13501-1 – provides a basic level of fire protection. Smoke emission class s3 and burning droplet class d0 further increase safety.
