Thermal insulation for heating and solar systems
Armaflex HT wrap is a high-quality insulation made of synthetic rubber, designed to effectively protect pipelines and equipment from heat loss. Particularly recommended for installations exposed to UV radiation and high temperatures, such as solar systems, underfloor heating, or industrial installations. Its closed-cell structure minimizes heat loss and prevents condensation, which translates into energy savings and a longer lifespan of the installation.
Exceptional durability and resistance
The use of synthetic rubber ensures exceptional resistance to external factors. HT wrap does not degrade under the influence of UV radiation, weather conditions, or contact with chemicals. It remains flexible even at temperatures up to 150°C, guaranteeing reliable operation for a long time. Additionally, the material is dust and fiber-free, which affects comfort and safety during installation and use.

Reaction to fire class D provides a basic level of fire safety in accordance with EN 13501-1 (smoke emission s3, flaming droplets d0). A thickness of 10 mm provides effective insulation while maintaining compact dimensions.
