This flexible synthetic rubber insulation, known as HT/Armaflex, is designed for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and UV radiation. Its closed-cell structure minimizes water vapor diffusion and heat loss, resulting in installation efficiency and longevity. The material remains flexible over a wide temperature range, from -200°C to +150°C, and is dust and fiber-free, making installation easier and ensuring comfortable working conditions.

HT/Armaflex is an ideal solution for installations exposed to fluctuating temperatures and external factors. Thanks to its UV resistance, the insulation can be used outdoors without additional protection. It performs excellently in the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in domestic solar collector installations. Its versatility allows for use in heating, gas installations, automotive, and refrigeration systems with temperatures exceeding +105°C.

Construction and safety

HT/Armaflex insulation is characterized by high quality workmanship and meets European safety standards (EN 13501-1). Its properties limit the spread of fire and smoke emissions in the event of a fire. The material is also resistant to certain chemicals, increasing its durability and reliability in various industrial environments. It is important to store it properly – in a dry and clean room at a temperature of 0°C - 35°C and a relative humidity of 50% - 70%.
