High-temperature flexible insulation

Armaflex HT lagging is an advanced insulation solution dedicated to systems requiring resistance to high temperatures and aggressive environmental conditions. Made of flexible synthetic rubber, it acts as an effective thermal barrier, minimizing energy loss and water vapor condensation. Its closed-cell structure guarantees low thermal conductivity and high dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.

Universal application and durability

HT/Armaflex insulation stands out for its exceptional resistance to UV radiation, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors without the need for additional protection. It is a reliable material in industrial, food, pharmaceutical installations, as well as in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It will also be useful in solar collector installations, hot gas pipelines and in the automotive industry. Thanks to its flexibility, it remains unchanged even at extreme temperatures from -200°C to +150°C.

Safety and user comfort

Armaflex HT is not only energy efficiency, but also safety. The material is fiber and dust-free, which translates into comfortable work during installation and use. It has a reaction to fire class D according to EN 13501-1 and a d0 classification for smoke emission and s3 for surface flammability. Additionally, it is characterized by high chemical resistance and does not degrade under the influence of external factors. A thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.042 W/(m·K) ensures optimal thermal insulation.
