Thermal insulation for installations – effective protection against heat loss

IZO-MAX lagging is a flexible insulation material designed to protect heating and plumbing installations. Made of closed-cell polyethylene foam, it effectively reduces heat loss, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. The product is manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 14313 standard, guaranteeing its quality and reliability.

Properties and application

IZO-MAX lagging is widely used in thermal insulation and protection of pipe installations. Its flexibility makes it easy to install even on complex sections, and its low thermal conductivity (0.045 W/(m·K)) minimizes energy losses. A thickness of 9 mm provides adequate insulation in various temperature conditions – up to 95°C. The product is available in gray color and supplied in rolls of 10 m length, protected by a protective film.

Safety and compliance with standards

The material used is characterized by a reaction to fire class E according to EN 13501-1, which provides additional safety. This means that in the event of a fire, the material does not contribute to the rapid spread of fire and limits smoke emissions. Therefore, IZO-MAX lagging meets the requirements for fire protection in buildings.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the product does not include mounting material or closure – these elements should be selected separately, depending on the specifics of the installation.
