Product features and application

Tubolit DG Plus insulation is characterized by a very low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.035 W/(m·K), which translates into a significant reduction in energy losses – up to 90%. The material is resistant to commonly used building materials such as cement, lime or gypsum. It can be used to insulate pipes made of metal, plastics and multilayer materials in central heating, domestic hot and cold water installations. Thanks to its flexibility, it easily adapts to the shape of the pipes and provides a tight insulation.

Safety and compliance with standards

Safety of use is a priority. Tubolit DG Plus has a fire reaction class of B-s1, d0, which means it is a hardly flammable material with limited smoke emission and does not produce burning droplets. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 14313:2009 and has a CE mark, confirming compliance with European regulations and standards. Additionally, it is a non-flame-propagating product (NRO), which increases safety in the event of a fire. It is made of 100% recyclable materials, of which 50% are secondary raw materials.
