Tubolit DG Plus is a flexible insulation material based on expanded polyethylene (PE foam), designed for comprehensive thermal and acoustic insulation of plumbing and heating installations. The product is characterized by a closed-cell structure, ensuring high efficiency in reducing energy losses and limiting noise. Product features and application

Tubolit DG Plus insulation is widely used in residential and industrial construction, as well as in external installations. Thanks to its low thermal conductivity (0.038 W/(m·K) at 40°C), it significantly reduces energy losses, contributing to lower operating costs and reduced CO2 emissions. The material is resistant to commonly used building materials such as cement, lime and gypsum, and also prevents condensation on cold water pipes. It can be used with pipes made of metal, plastics and multilayer materials. The operating temperature of the insulation reaches 100°C (85°C for tapes).

Safety and compliance with standards

Tubolit DG Plus meets the highest fire safety standards, achieving a fire reaction class of BL-s1, d0. This means that the material is non-combustible, difficult to ignite, with normal smoke emission and non-dripping. It has the CE mark, confirming compliance with European regulations and standards (PN-EN 14313:2009). In addition, the product is 100% recyclable, and its composition contains up to 50% recycled materials. It meets the requirements of ISO 16000 standards regarding volatile organic compounds and has an Indoor Air Comfort GOLD certificate.
