Polyethylene foam Tubolit S is a proven insulation material with a closed-cell structure, designed for a wide range of applications in residential and industrial construction. It is ideal for insulating heating pipes, hot and cold water pipes, and sewage pipes, minimizing energy losses and improving acoustic comfort. A protective film in red provides additional durability and resistance to damage.

Reduction of energy losses and noise protection

Tubolit S is characterized by a very low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.04 W/(m·K), which translates into effective reduction of heat losses – up to 90%. This reduces energy consumption required for heating and cooling the building, and also reduces CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Additionally, sound-absorbing properties reduce noise transmitted through installations, improving user comfort. Fire reaction class E provides additional safety.

Easy installation and wide application

The flexible structure of Tubolit S foam makes it easy to fit pipes of various diameters and shapes, as well as in hard-to-reach places. The material is lightweight and easy to process, which speeds up the installation process. The CE mark confirms compliance with European standards and regulations, guaranteeing high product quality. The foam is particularly recommended where protection against condensation and aggressive environmental factors is required. It is worth remembering that in the initial phase of use, the foam may shrink by about 2%, which should be taken into account during installation.
